RAW Coffee Company is the first Specialty coffee roasting company in the Middle East, internationally recognized as a market leader in premium certified specialty coffee. Operating as a boutique business with 65 employees, RAW is managed by certified coffee experts Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, who are pioneers within the specialty coffee community in the Middle East and North Africa. Renowned for sourcing ultra-premium Arabica coffee beans directly from farms, RAW focuses on quality, traceability, and ethical practices. Their custom-built 13,500 sqft roastery caf in Dubai includes an SCA-certified premier training campus, offering globally recognized certifications for coffee professionals and enthusiasts.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Storyteller based in Dubai. The Visual Storyteller will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives about RAW Coffee Company, capturing the brand's essence and mission. Responsibilities include creating and curating engaging visual and written content, capturing high-quality photography, and contributing editorial content across various platforms. The role will involve collaboration with the marketing team to support campaigns and amplify the company's voice and story.

• Excellent Communication, Writing, and Storytelling skills to craft engaging narratives and connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Photography to create visually appealing images that align with the brand's identity.
• Strong Editorial skills, including content creation, editing, and proofreading for quality and consistency.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that highlight the essence of the brand.
• Experience in multimedia storytelling, social media content creation, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Passion for coffee culture and a strong understanding of the specialty coffee industry will be highly advantageous.
