Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt for a VMS Sales Engineer. The VMS Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide professional technical support, and develop solutions that align with business goals. Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, demonstrating products, collaborating with sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction, and facilitating the implementation of reliability and maintenance solutions in line with Industry 4.0.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships
• Strong Technical Support skills for troubleshooting and guiding clients through product specifications and implementations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction
• A proactive approach in learning about emerging technologies in reliability and maintenance, including Industry 4.0 developments
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
• Prior experience in the industrial equipment, Oil & Gas, or related sectors is highly desirable
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
