Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team at CFI Dubai. As the VP of Business Development, you will be responsible is to source and generate leads to expand the client base and grow the book of business.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Generating leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through a variety of channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Attracting clients: Build relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and communicating the value of your products or services.

- Building relationships: Nurture relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service, regular communication, and ongoing support.

- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and the products or services offered by your company. This will allow you to effectively explain their features, benefits, and suitability to potential customers.

- Consultative selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, listen actively to customer requirements, and recommend customized solutions that align with their financial objectives and goals.

- Cross-selling and upselling: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers by offering additional products or services that complement their current portfolio.

- Goal attainment: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining a constant pipeline of prospects, and converting leads into closed deals.

- Documentation and reporting: Accurately record all client interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting to management.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather insights, align strategies, and provide feedback to improve overall sales effectiveness.

- Professional development: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, sales techniques, and professional development opportunities through continuous learning and participation in training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of related experience in the financial industry

Proficiency in the use of MS Office, with experience in using CRMs

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
