This role will lead all design and technical functions, ensuring projects are innovative, commercially viable, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all architectural design, master planning, and technical development across a diverse real estate portfolio (residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial).
- Define and implement design strategies aligned with the company's brand, market positioning, and long-term vision.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design through to construction and handover.
- Collaborate closely with development, investment, sales, and marketing teams to ensure projects meet commercial objectives and market demands.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and design efficiency without compromising quality.
- Oversee external consultants including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Introduce innovation and best practices in design, sustainability, and construction methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design and technical teams.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in design, architecture, or technical development within real estate.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, mixed-use or luxury development projects.
- Strong background in both design excellence and technical execution.
- Experience working across all project stages from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align design with financial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
