Job Description
The Vice President of Finance – Mega-Project Capital Planning & Execution will play a pivotal role in the strategic financial direction and oversight of large-scale capital projects within the organization. This executive level position requires a visionary leader adept at integrating financial management with project execution. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and directing financial strategies, risk management protocols, and resource allocation frameworks for mega-projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The VP will foster relationships with stakeholders, manage a high-performing finance team, and leverage advanced financial modeling techniques to drive profitability and performance. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in finance management, with a strong background in capital planning for mega-projects.
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in financial decision-making processes for large-scale infrastructure or capital projects.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with competence in tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, specifically related to large capital expenditures, including compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability within the finance team.
