About the Role
TheVP of Global Operations & Implementationwill lead UnlockLand's operational infrastructure and enterprise deployment strategy across international markets.
This executive will ensure that our platform is implemented seamlessly for institutional clients while building the internal systems, playbooks, and performance frameworks required to scale globally.
This is a high-impact leadership role bridging product, engineering, customer success, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1 Global Operational Strategy
- Design and lead global operating models across North America, MENA, and emerging markets
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, implementation, and enterprise deployment
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and operational governance frameworks
- Ensure alignment between growth strategy and execution capacity
2 Enterprise Implementation & Client Delivery
- Oversee enterprise client onboarding and platform integration
- Develop structured implementation roadmaps for developers, REITs, asset managers, and government entities
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams (product, data, AI, engineering, customer success)
- Ensure measurable client outcomes: speed-to-feasibility, cost savings, scenario clarity
3 Systems & Infrastructure Scaling
- Optimize internal systems, workflows, and automation
- Build repeatable playbooks for new market entry
- Improve operational efficiency across global teams
- Implement risk management and compliance frameworks for cross-border expansion
4 Leadership & Organizational Build-Out
- Recruit and develop high-performing operations and implementation teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and data-driven decision-making
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Support capital raise and investor diligence processes with operational transparency
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience leading operations or implementation in SaaS, PropTech, AI platforms, or enterprise software
- Proven track record scaling global operations across multiple regions
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade platforms for complex B2B clients
- Strong understanding of real estate development workflows, feasibility analysis, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to translate strategy into operational execution in fast-moving environments
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in MENA market expansion or working with government-backed development entities
- Background in PropTech, spatial analytics, AI-driven platforms, or fintech infrastructure
- Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startup environments
