Interpipe team is looking for Vice-President of Technical Sales

Hello our candidate and possibly future colleague!

Interpipe is a global producer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine. We strive to maintain high production standards and continuously implement innovative technologies.

Interpipe employs over 8 thousand workers at production assets in Dnipro, Nikopol, Samar (Ukraine). We invest in the modernization of production, personnel and social projects. Our company has always been and remains a reliable rear for each employee.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive manager who is able to organize the systematic work of the service that ensures technical support for sales; who will manage the global structure of technical sales and field personnel supporting the development, sales, installation, and any claims associated to the use of Interpipe's (IP) products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical support in the of developing of new products
  • Takes part in the development of the Company's product strategy
  • Responsible for providing technical support to sales team personnel and Customers
  • Responsible for providing field services at Customers objects
  • Responsible for constructing and defining all global standards needed to operate with Interpipe products, as well as running/usage history, and determining new services needed in each region to better support sales.
  • Responsible for goal setting and reporting to Interpipe Management Team on regular basis with the performance of the regions (North America, South America, Europe, CIS, and MENA).

Our requirements and wishes for your professional skills:

  • Higher education in the field of oil and gas production / metallurgy;
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in oil field operations or similar function;
  • Experience managing field personnel and office employee functions;
  • Detailed knowledge of an oil and gas rig;
  • Detailed knowledge of steel tubular products, particularly OCTG;
  • Understanding of well structure; selecting of pipe products for their construction;
  • Languages: English - at Advanced level + fluency in technical terminology in the field of metallurgy and oil and gas; Ukrainian or Russian
  • Capabilities to travel globally as business requires (50%+)

The work location will be determined and discussed, but the possible options are Dnipro/Kyiv, Houston, Lugano, or Dubai.
