VP Senior Legal Counsel – Riyadh (Saudi Nationals Only)

A tier 1 investment bank is seeking to appoint a VP-level Senior Legal Counsel to support its expanding platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role sits within the in-country legal function, providing strategic and transactional legal support across core banking activities. The mandate includes advisory on transaction structuring (including trade finance and cash management), regulatory engagement (SAMA and CMA), and broader governance matters.

The position offers direct interaction with senior business stakeholders and involvement in high-value, complex banking transactions within a leading international platform.

Candidate Profile:

Saudi national

Law degree (LLB or equivalent)

Fluency in Arabic and English

Minimum 8 years post-qualification legal experience

Minimum 4 years experience within a bank, financial institution, or relevant secondment
