Waiter/Waitress to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Greeter / Hostess in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service; then we want to hear from you!

A Waiter/Waitress working with us entails the following:
- To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
- To assist by offering aperitif upon arrival of guests
- To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards
- To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner
- To communicate clearly and effectively
- To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken
- To serve food and beverage according to guest's needs
- To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
- To ensure that guests receive bills promptly and accurately
- To wish farewell to all guests, encouraging return custom
- To prepare and present bills to guests
- To understand and operate the POS system
- To present the menus and take food and beverage orders
- To maintain excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience in a similar role
- Passionate, motivated with exceptional customer care skills
- Able to respond effectively to customer complaints ensuring the necessary information is given to the right people
- Well organised, adaptable and flexible to work varied hours
- Good level of written and spoken English
