Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter, located in Jeddah. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, ensuring tables are properly set, and assisting with food and beverage service. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, accurately handling payments, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals Only
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure proper handling of orders and recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team setting and maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in English
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required
