Waitress / Waiter

We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our food and beverage team. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, serve guests efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
  
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
  
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  
• Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.
  
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
  
• Respond politely to customer questions, requests, and complaints.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
  
• Refill supplies and prepare tables before and after service.
  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
  
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
  
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
  
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of food service and restaurant etiquette.
  
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the work schedule.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
