Job Purpose
We are seeking polished, attentive, and service-oriented Waitstaff to deliver an exceptional experience within our luxury retail store. This role is essential in creating a warm, refined, and memorable guest journey that reflects the sophistication, elegance, and service standards of the brand. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide attentive, personalized, and table service in a luxury environment
- Greeting guests warmly and present menus with product knowledge and confidence
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through thoughtful service
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating when required
- Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Maintain grooming, uniform, and service etiquette standards at all times
- Communicate the Stage experience and concept confidently to guests when appropriate
- Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure timely and seamless guest experience
- Support service during busy periods and assist where needed
- Adhere to health, safety, and fire regulations within front-of-house areas
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years in previous experience in a premium café, luxury hospitality, or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and specialty coffee is an advantage
