Job Title: Warehouse Administrative / Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations from the office. This role focuses on paperwork, computer-based data entry, delivery planning, and managing sales returns to ensure smooth and accurate logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in warehouse and inventory systems
Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, delivery notes, and other paperwork
Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers in collaboration with drivers and the warehouse team
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders
Handle and control sales returns, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with relevant departments
Maintain organized records for inventory movements, deliveries, and returns
Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal staff regarding orders, deliveries, and returns
Support stock control and reporting as required
Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic warehouse safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative or logistics training is a plus)
Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or data entry preferred
Strong computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, and warehouse management systems)
Good organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
