Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse and Distribution Manager located in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing inventory management, streamlining warehouse operations, and ensuring the safe storage and timely distribution of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring supply chain activities, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise teams
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and relevant software tools
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize operational efficiency
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Previous experience in the automotive parts industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
