We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage and support daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced medical equipment trading environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, proper handling of medical devices, timely order processing, and compliance with healthcare logistics and regulatory standards.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies
- Liaise with sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of medical devices in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and outbound deliveries with logistics partners and customers
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report findings promptly.
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Support order fulfillment by ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
- Assist in audits, inventory checks, and regulatory inspections as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (UAE) (medical equipment or healthcare industry preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with medical device handling, storage requirements, and basic regulatory standards is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
