Job Role

To manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, safe storage, timely dispatch, and compliance with UAE labor and safety regulations. The role requires coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts, and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.

Implement and maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and security standards in compliance with UAE regulations.

Plan and assign work to warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide training as required.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and deliveries.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper storage, labeling, and condition of goods.

Implement warehouse SOPs, standard processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Report operational metrics, stock reports, and any issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2+ years of UAE warehouse management experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

Familiarity with UAE labor law and workplace safety regulations.
