Description
We are a clothing retail company in Kuwait seeking a hands- on Warehouse Inventory Coordinator with solid working experience in Odoo ERP to manage daily inventory tracking and warehouse system operations. This is an operational role for someone who already knows how to use Odoo effectively.
Responsibilities
- Independently operate and maintain Odoo Inventory & Barcode modules
- Manage inventory by size, color, and style
- Set up and maintain stock locations in Odoo
- Record receiving, internal transfers, picking, and dispatch
- Monitor stock accuracy and support cycle counts
- Track returns, exchanges, and damaged stock in Odoo
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports
- Support warehouse staff with day- to- day Odoo usage
Requirements
- Visa 18 (Ahli) mandatory
- Available to join immediately
- 24 years experience in warehouse or inventory control
- Strong hands- on experience using Odoo ERP (Inventory module)
- Retail or clothing/fashion experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail- oriented and system- focused
