Warehouse Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a team of pharmacy technicians, ensure the safe storage and distribution of medications, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize prescription and immunization services. The role also involves maintaining compliance with pharmacy standards, monitoring inventory, and developing best practices in pharmacy management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
• Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians and overseeing daily operations
• Familiarity with Immunization practices and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; relevant licensing or certification is required
• Experience working in an ecologically sustainable or environmentally focused organization is a plus
