Warehouse Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Warehouse Manager to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Manage daily warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
• Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and packaging.
• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, while managing deviations, investigations and CAPAs.
• Support internal, regulatory and customer audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Manage warehouse resources, budgets, equipment and service contracts.
• Lead, train and develop the warehouse team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support departmental objectives.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven experience managing audits, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and planning abilities.
