Job Summary
One of our Key Clients are seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate will be a confident decision-maker, professionally assertive, and capable of leading a diverse warehouse team with a background in Furniture manufacturing ,while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate stock-in / stock-out processes at all times.
- Oversee handling and storage of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout to improve efficiency and safety.
- Experienced with customised and off the shelf WMS systems

Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage a warehouse team of 8 (warehouse operations, receiving, and delivery personnel).
- Allocate duties, set performance expectations, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills and operational discipline.
- Enforce professional conduct, accountability, and teamwork within the warehouse.
Planning & Decision Making
- Act as a key decision-maker for daily warehouse operations and issue resolution.
- Professionally assertive in enforcing procedures, timelines, and standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support business needs.
Compliance, Safety & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years experience in warehouse management, preferably in the UAE
- Proven experience managing medium-sized warehouse teams
- Experience handling operational stock
- Knowledge of UAE warehouse safety and compliance standards
