Warehouse Manager

manage warehousing operations, through monitoring the efficient

receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to sites of different running projects to ensure the

workflow is running smoothly

Responsibilities

Maintain warehousing policies and procedures, and document standard and emergency

operating procedures for receiving, handling or storing materials.

Manage and check all inventory records and prepare evaluation reports.

Manage Optimization of usage of overstocked materials by balancing them from different

projects and manage the transportation to the needy site to reduce cost per each project.

Monitor stock control, processing orders and prepare future capacity requirements.

Monitor periodic performance reports of the incoming and outgoing movement and storage

of materials and parts in warehouses.

Monitor physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets and equipment, and order

testing, maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary.

Ensure that work procedures for various activities are documented and followed.

Ensure that all the Health and Safety requirements are met in compliance with the

company's quality and safety standards.

Ensure effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, maintenance and protection

of facilities and equipment.

Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and

• environmental aspects

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• +18 years experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
