JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
Summary to the general objective of the job
Warehouse Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
KEY ACTIVITIES

1Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation
2Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
3Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
4Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
5Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
6Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
7Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
8Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
9Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
10Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
11Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
