Position - Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics for imported audio equipment and project-based deliveries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, strong inventory discipline, and solid knowledge of import/export and UAE logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value audio equipment and accessories

Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records in Odoo ERP

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs system inventory

Implement warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and best practices

Inventory & ERP Management

Create and manage GRNs, delivery notes, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments in Odoo

Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment

Track serial numbers, warranties, and batch-wise inventory where applicable

Generate inventory and logistics reports for management

Logistics, Import & Export

Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs brokers

Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB)

Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and HS codes

Track inbound shipments and manage delivery timelines

Coordinate local deliveries to project sites and clients across the UAE

Resolve inventory, delivery, and logistics issues proactively

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

2 years of warehouse and logistics experience in the UAE

Mandatory experience using Odoo ERP (inventory & warehouse modules)

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, UAE customs, and logistics documentation

Experience handling high-value or fragile equipment (audio/AV/electronics preferred)

Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English
