Role Description The Warehouse & Operation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and operational activities. This includes supervising warehouse staff, organizing incoming and outgoing materials, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate documentation and storage of construction materials and related products. The supervisor coordinates loading and unloading activities, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports efficient order processing and dispatch. The role involves working closely with operations and logistics teams to optimize workflows, resolve issues, and maintain smooth warehouse operations that meet customer and supplier requirements. The supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement by analyzing performance, implementing best practices, and supporting training and development of team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse processes, inventory handling, and workflow optimization.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to track operational metrics, identify issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear coordination with staff, management, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations within trading, construction materials, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with health and safety standards in warehouse environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, manage physical aspects of warehouse operations, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
