Job Purpose:
Accountable for leading and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective storage, handling, and movement of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, driving process excellence, digital transformation, and compliance with QHSE standards. The Warehouse Manager ensures optimal inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and supports production and customer requirements while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities within the assigned section, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods in line with company procedures.
• Support the implementation of warehouse strategies and operational plans defined by the Warehouse Manager.
• Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and on-time delivery to customers.
• Enforce compliance with QHSE standards, safety procedures, and company policies within the section.
• Assist in maintaining and improving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP transactions to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Optimize daily operations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure effective use of resources.
• Monitor and report key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow and issue resolution.
• Support warehouse layout organization and ensure proper utilization of space and material handling equipment.
• Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse staff within the section, ensuring adherence to roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Participate in workforce planning, shift coordination, and task allocation to ensure operational continuity.
• Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring readiness and adherence to standards.
• Prepare routine reports on section performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualification & Education:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Years of Experience: 7–10 years in warehousing and logistics, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
