Warehouse Senior Analyst

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Warehouse Senior Analyst for a large multinational food manufacturing company based in Dammam. This role manages Cold Store and Dry Store operations, ensuring smooth factory supply, accurate inventory control, and disciplined SAP-driven warehouse execution.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Service:

- Manage receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of materials and finished goods

- Ensure on-time dispatch and unloading aligned with cut-off times and delivery plans

- Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to support uninterrupted operations

- Maintain strong service reliability, discipline, and warehouse standards

Inventory, Systems & Financial Control:

- Maintain high inventory accuracy between SAP and physical stock

- Control stock levels through effective MRP planning and material availability

- Optimize cold and ambient storage capacity and warehouse utilization

- Support daily cost control, budgeting, and internal compliance requirements

Process Excellence & Compliance

- Implement inventory integrity and stock movement controls across locations

- Plan weekly inbound, outbound, and internal movements for operational efficiency

- Monitor 3PL performance and follow up on corrective actions when required

Update SOPs, work instructions, and OJT documents based on process changes

HSE & Food Safety:

- Enforce HSE compliance and safe working practices across warehouse areas

- Ensure GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Fraud compliance

- Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and emergency readiness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

- 3 to 5 years of warehousing and logistics experience, with 2+ years in a lead role

- Hands-on experience with Cold Store, Ambient Storage, and Indirect Materials

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control

- SAP proficiency is mandatory

- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

- Confident communicator, able to work in a multicultural environment
