A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Warehouse Supervisor
QUALIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- 25 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and storage organization
- Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Plan and optimize warehouse workflow and operations
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse staff
- Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and staff performance

- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
