Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching lighting products. He will manage inventory, lead the warehouse team, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role requires strong coordination with sales and procurement teams to support business needs while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of lighting products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and retail teams to align stock availability with customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain proper use of equipment and warehouse systems.
- Ensure all shipments are packed, labeled, and documented properly for timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain proper records of inbound and outbound items with the date.
- Ensuring warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Follow the SOP of the warehouse.
- Monthly inventory count and keep a record of the inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, ideally in the retail or lighting industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
