Description:

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies
Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes and support business objectives.
Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling.
Resolve operational issues promptly, including shipment delays, inventory shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands
