We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor FG / SFG to lead warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory control, efficient material flow, and full compliance with company and safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee receipt, storage, picking, and issuing/dispatch of raw materials, spare parts, and FG/SFG materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock rotation (FIFO), and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Coordinate with production, QC, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management (preferably FG/SFG).
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
