Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experiencedWarehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated warehouse area, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe processing of all inbound and outbound materials and inventory. You will directly supervise warehouse associates, serving as the primary liaison between management and the floor staff while driving productivity and maintaining high quality standards.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead and Coach a High-Performing Team: Directly supervise a team of warehouse associates, assigning daily tasks and reallocating resources as necessary to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production goals.
• Optimize Operational Efficiency: Oversee all core processesincluding receiving, sorting, picking, and shippingwhile monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing immediate corrective actions to maximize throughput and accuracy.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture by conducting regular inspections, leading daily safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with all organizational policies.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking software, and handheld scanning devices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage stakeholders (staff and management).
