What Will You Be Doing in the Driver's Seat
- Take end-to-end ownership of warranty cases received via the portal, ensuring no issue is left stranded.
- Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and resolve issues through clear communication and practical solutions.
- Educate customers where applicable, coordinate inspections at customer locations, or arrange vehicle movement to workshops when required.
- Manage each case independently, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
- Handle challenging conversations calmly, even when customers are frustrated or aggressive
What's Under The Hood
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, with the ability to confidently explain, influence, and convince customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a customer-facing workshop environment.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of automobiles—this role requires real technical understanding, not fancy degrees.
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
- UAE experience is a plus.
