We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review market warranty policies.
  • Conduct claim business training and certification for local dealers claims personnel.
  • Review warranty claims submitted by local dealers.
  • Settle warranty claim costs and manage related financial processes.
  • Audit claims involving old parts and confirm scrapping procedures.
  • Resolve claim-related issues in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Perform statistical analysis of claim cost data.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of local laws and regulations, with foundational knowledge of import/export operations and after-sales service processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated teamwork, execution, adaptability, and strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and learning capabilities.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
