Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Water Engineering Manager based in Qesm 1st 6 October, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Water Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment systems, lead teams to deliver high-quality results, manage resources and timelines, and ensure project goals are met. The role also involves integrating advanced technologies into water treatment solutions, aligning strategies with client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Water Engineering Management with the ability to lead and guide technical teams effectively.
  • Strong Team Leadership and people management skills to foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of water engineering projects.
  • Experience with Software Development and Integration relevant to water treatment systems and technology-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
