Role Description

IWTE is seeking a Water Supplies Commercial Manager to lead the commercial growth of its Water Supplies Division.

The role is responsible for expanding IWTE's water treatment equipment and components business by developing customer relationships, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth across contractors, system integrators, industrial clients, and project developers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building recurring supply business, improving market penetration, and positioning IWTE as a reliable technical supplier within the water industry. The position combines hands-on sales execution with commercial planning and market development responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 812 years of experience in sales or business development within the water treatment industry
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Team Management with leadership abilities to inspire and guide team members effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and global partners
  • Proven experience in selling water treatment equipment, components, or technical supplies
  • Strong professional network within contractors, system integrators, consultants, or industrial clients
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage commercial pipelines
  • Good understanding of procurement cycles and project-based supply business
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
