Job Description

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of investment advisory services to high-net-worth and affluent clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk profiles.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of investment products, global markets, and regulatory developments to provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and product teams to deliver tailored investment solutions and portfolio strategies.
  • Oversee client portfolio reviews, performance monitoring, and rebalancing recommendations.
  • Conduct investment seminars, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for front-line staff to enhance advisory capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, suitability standards, and internal policies in all advisory activities.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends to recommend product enhancements and advisory strategies.
  • Prepare and present investment reports, market insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive the adoption of digital advisory tools and process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the commercial effectiveness of advisory services by increasing advisory-led AUM, client penetration and solution adoption.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial planning (e.g., CFA, CFP) (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, or wealth management roles.
  • Experience in banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and delivering advisory solutions.
