Job Description: Web Content & Admin Executive

Reporting Line: Direct reporting to Head of Marketing Technology

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Web Content & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day execution, administration, and upkeep of Provident Real Estate's digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional who is proactive, execution-driven, and comfortable handling repetitive yet critical website tasks with accuracy and ownership. The role requires strong follow-through, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Website Updates & Daily Maintenance
  • Manage real-time updates across all company websites, landing pages, and project pages.
  • Ensure all live content is accurate, current, and displayed correctly.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure websites are live, functional, and error-free.
  • Website Audits & Quality Checks
  • Conduct regular website audits across:
  • Main corporate website
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Sister company websites
  • Identify and report broken links, outdated content, UI issues, and functional errors.
  • Track identified issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Coordination & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure website-related tasks are prioritized, streamlined, and executed on time.
  • Communicate clearly on task progress, delays, and completion status.

Task Ownership & Execution Discipline

  • Maintain ownership of assigned tasks without repeated follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accountability in all deliverables.
  • Proactively escalate risks or issues when required.
  • Flexibility & Ownership Expectation
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on business requirements.
  • Take ownership of additional assignments as required without resistance.
  • Support the broader Marketing Technology team with execution-focused tasks as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of website backends or CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Familiarity with task management workflows and deadline-driven execution.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility for outcomes.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience working with corporate or multi-page websites.
  • Exposure to landing page management and content updates.
  • Basic understanding of UI issues and content quality checks.
  • Experience working within marketing or digital teams.
