Web Developer & Digital Specialist

Job Description

The Web Developer & Digital Specialist will be a key member of both the Marketing and IT Operations

teams. The specialist will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, with a dotted-line

reporting relationship to the VP of Technology. The specialist is responsible for managing and optimising

the company's digital platforms, including website content management, outbound marketing and

engagement through the CRM, social media content production, and the creation of digital brand assets.

The primary focus of the role is the development and execution of engaging, technology-enabled

campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across Client

digital channels.

Responsibilities

Website and Digital Platform Management:

o Administer, maintain and update the company websites using approved Content Management

Systems.

o Ensure website functionality, availability, performance and reliability across environments.

o Manage website patching, version updates, plugins and third-party integrations in line with

security policies.

o Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security improvements in collaboration with IT & GRC.

o Conduct regular platform health checks, performance reviews and access control audits.

o Ensure hosting, DNS, SSL certificates and related infrastructure components are properly

maintained.

o Optimize website structure for UX, SEO best practices, accessibility and performance.

o Create and maintain landing pages, blog posts and digital content aligned with marketing

objectives.

Marketing Technology and CRM Operations:

o Configure, administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and related CRM modules

in co-ordination with Microsoft Platform Engineering team.

o Plan, design and execute email marketing campaigns through D365.

o Manage segmentation, data quality, consent management and automation workflows in D365.

o Ensure CRM configurations and integrations comply with corporate security, privacy and DP

policies.

o Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open & click through rates, deliverability and

engagement, and implement optimization improvements.

Social Media and Digital Channel Operations:

o Manage the company's social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube,

Google Business and other key channels.

o Develop, design, schedule and publish posts, videos, and paid campaigns.

o Grow the company's LinkedIn presence through strategic posting, thought leadership and

engagement.

o Maintain correct configuration of accounts, permissions and integrations across social platforms.

o Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and provide structured reporting.

Creative Asset Development and Brand Execution:

o Develop and produce digital assets for websites, email campaigns and social media using

approved tools.

o Ensure all assets align with corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.

o Develop and manage video content workflows for YouTube and other platforms.

o Ensure digital content is technically optimised for different platforms, format and devices.

Campaign Performance and Analytics:

o Create digital content to support integrated marketing campaigns across websites, CRM and social

channels.

o Track and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics and conversion performance.

o Conduct A/B testing and performance-drive optimization initiatives.

o Maintain dashboards and performance reports for Marketing and Business stakeholders.

Security, Governance and Compliance:

o Ensure all marketing tools and platforms are configured and operated in line with corporate IT

security policies.

o Perform periodic access reviews for CMS, CRM and social media platforms in coordination with IT

& GRC.

o Support audit activities and provide required documentation for internal / external compliance

assessments.

o Maintain documentation of configurations, processes and change history.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

o Work closely with wider marketing team to align content strategies and ensure cohesive

messaging across all digital platforms.

o Contribute to integrated marketing campaign planning from a technology enablement

perspective.

o Stay up to date with digital platform updates, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

o Identify and implement operational improvements across digital systems and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business,

Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing technology, website management, CRM

administration, or marketing operations roles.

Proven experience managing corporate websites using WordPress, including administration via

cPanel or similar hosting environments.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and CRM modules, including

campaign configuration, segmentation, automation journeys, and performance reporting.

Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML/CSS fundamentals, DNS configuration,

SSL certificates, hosting environments, security controls, and website performance optimization.

Experience managing WordPress core updates, plugin patching, configuration changes, and thirdparty

integrations.

Hands-on experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search

Console, and CRM reporting dashboards.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and UX/UI best practices.

development.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced

environment.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, WordPress, or related digital

marketing technologies are advantageous.
