- Implement updates and changes based on insights from data analysis to improve user engagement
- Stay updated on the latest web development and design trends to recommend and implement new features
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align the website with company goals

Requirements
- Proven experience in web development, with expertise in WordPress
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience integrating websites with third-party tools and APIs, including Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques
- Ability to analyze user behavior and data from heatmaps and tracking tools to drive decisions
- A creative and innovative mindset with an eye for clean design and user-friendly interfaces
- Up-to-date knowledge of web design trends, UX best practices, and responsive design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
