About the Role

We're building real payment infrastructure at WelsGlobal, and we're looking for a hands-on Web2 developer who enjoys integrating APIs, fixing edge cases, and seeing their code move real money.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Dubai. You'll work closely with the founders and product team every day to integrate crypto on-ramps, payment providers, and merchant systems.

What You'll Be Working On

• Integrating APIs from crypto on-ramp/off-ramp providers
• Building backend services and handling webhooks
• Connecting WelsGlobal's APIs to merchant platforms
• Embedding payment widgets and managing callbacks
• Monitoring transactions, failures, and payment statuses

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Developer
• Strong experience with API & webhook integrations
• Comfortable with Node.js / Laravel / Python
• Basic frontend skills (React / Vue / Next.js)
• Fintech, payments, or crypto experience is a big plus
• Someone who enjoys working on-site with the team
• Can work independently and under pressure
