Role Overview

We are seeking a freelance Webflow Developer with proven expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining advanced Webflow environments. You'll collaborate directly with our in-house design and marketing teams to execute visually stunning, high-performance websites for ITSEC and SVG.

This is a remote freelance position, open to candidates anywhere in the world, with ongoing project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive Webflow sites for multiple ITSEC and SVG brands.
• Convert Figma designs into flawless, production-ready Webflow builds.
• Implement advanced animations, micro-interactions, and motion design elements.
• Develop and manage CMS structures, SEO configurations, and custom components.
• Integrate Webflow with Kommo CRM, GA4, Zapier/Make, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and shared project boards.
• Maintain design consistency, performance, and data security standards.

Requirements

• Expert in Webflow, with a strong and verifiable portfolio of live builds.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom Webflow enhancements.
• Familiar with Figma, responsive design, and Webflow CMS architecture.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party business tools.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and accountability in remote collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Projects in cybersecurity, fintech, or tech-driven brands.
• Familiarity with GSAP, Lottie, or other animation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
