Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
5 years experience implementing or managing web sites or intranets
Experience presenting analytics in a format that non-technical personnel's can understand
Demonstratable background in social media support both technical and end user/browser aspects
Personal & Technical Skills
Strong understanding of the principles of Usability and User Experience
Strong understanding of the principles of Information Architecture design for intranets
High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies
Keen interest in technology-driven innovation
Excellent organizational and project management experience
Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript) (preferred)
Experience In Design/web Design (preferred)
Strong communication ability (oral and written)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude yet practical mind
