Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Welding Inspector role based in Doha, Qatar. The Welding Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welds, conducting welding quality assurance and control measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include visual inspection, monitoring welding operations, verifying specifications, and maintaining detailed inspection reports. The role involves liaising with team members to ensure that welding procedures align with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Welding Inspection and Inspection practices
• Strong knowledge of Welding techniques and processes
• Experienced in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to detect flaws or inconsistencies
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
• Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS CWI or equivalent) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with international teams or in a multicultural environment is an asset
