Well Testing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Well Testing Supervisor to oversee planning, execution, and supervision of well testing operations across onshore/offshore projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and technically compliant operations while leading multidisciplinary well test crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise well testing operations, including equipment rigup/rigdown, flowback, cleanup, and data acquisition.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Prepare operational programs, review well test designs, and provide technical support to field teams.
• Coordinate with drilling, completions, and reservoir teams to deliver highquality test results.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize testing performance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in well testing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of surface well test equipment, MPFM, separators, and pressure control systems.
• Experience working in KSA or the GCC is preferred.
• Exposure to unconventional wells (tight gas, shale, HPHT, multistage fracs) is highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and HSE commitment.
