Job Title : Wellness Curator/Wellness Concierge

Department: Spa and Wellness

Reports To: Wellness Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Wellness Curator delivers personalized and holistic wellness experiences aligned with the Raffles and Fairmont luxury brand standards. This role combines service artistry, wellness knowledge, and guest engagement to elevate the spa and wellness journey while supporting operational excellence within the department.

The Wellness Curator works closely with the Wellness Supervisor to ensure seamless guest experiences, while contributing to retail revenue and guest relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Wellness Experience

• Conduct professional wellness consultations and recommend tailored treatments, activities, or wellness programs.
• Deliver refined service experiences aligned with luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
• Build meaningful guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide personalized guidance on spa, fitness, and wellness experiences. Wellness Programming Support
• Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
• Assist in facilitating wellness initiatives designed by the Senior Wellness Manager.

Retail and Revenue Contribution

• Recommend appropriate retail products aligned with guest needs and wellness goals.
• Support upselling of spa services, wellness packages, and memberships.

Operational Excellence

• Support daily spa and wellness operations to ensure smooth guest service flow.
• Maintain treatment rooms and wellness areas according to brand presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols. Brand Representation

• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence within wellness facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Fitness, or Holistic Health.
• 12 years experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of holistic wellness principles and consultation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages preferred.
