We are currently looking for a skilled White Goods Service Technician to join our Technical Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Repair defective white goods products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and cookers according to the technical center repair procedures.
- Support the repair of Home Appliance products such as water dispensers and other small appliances.
- Control and monitor the consumption of spare parts.
- Maintain good coordination with suppliers to resolve pending repair cases.
- Update the service system daily with completed repair work.
- Order spare parts required for repairs according to the technical procedures.
- Prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty or misuse cases.
- Prepare technical reports for defective items to be reviewed and signed by the Senior White Goods Technician.
- Ensure compliance with company service SOPs during daily work activities.
- Achieve the assigned service KPIs within the technical center.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in White Goods repair, preferably in authorized service centers.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and/or English.
- Age between 22 30 years with no health limitations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Iqama profession must be Technician.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Working Hours:
48 hours per week (excluding breaks and prayer time) with one day off.
