Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wholesale / Distribution Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution, channel sales, and account management, with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth across wholesale and distribution channels
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners within the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Plan and forecast stock requirements in coordination with supply chain and inventory teams
  • Oversee order cycles, ensuring timely processing and delivery to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product pitches
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Wholesale, Distribution, or Channel Sales
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
  • Hands-on experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong experience in territory management and client relationship building
  • Knowledge of stock planning, inventory coordination, and order management cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in FMCG, Fashion, or Sports Brands industries

Strong understanding of retail distribution networks and market dynamics
