Role Overview
Location: Dubai, UAE

This role provides operational and analytical support to the wholesale business and plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution across our wholesale network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality support to wholesale partners and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support MEA wholesale activities, including product assortment planning, stock allocation, and replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels and support optimal stock distribution across wholesale partners.
- Analyze sales performance, product trends, and stock movements to support data-driven allocation decisions.
- Manage, process, and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Merchandising) to resolve operational, order, or stock-related discrepancies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for wholesale partners on product availability, pricing, and operational matters.
- Prepare and maintain sales, stock, and performance reports for management and regional stakeholders.
- Support issue resolution and escalation in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all communication and reporting.
- Support quarterly and ad-hoc stock takes.
- Support regional MEA team by conducting wholesale-related analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience in merchandising, allocation, wholesale operations, or customer service (preferably within retail or fashion).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; professional-level Turkish is a plus.
