Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Winding Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in rewinding and repairing high-voltage motors and generators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewind HV stators and rotors based on collected winding and coil data
• Perform coil making, stripping, slot preparation, and rewinding
• Inspect winding kits and components upon receipt
• Document and prepare winding diagrams and lead exit connections
• Carry out static electrical testing of wound equipment
• Apply varnish treatment and prepare equipment for assembly

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma equivalent in relevant field
• 510 years of experience in rotating equipment (motors/generators)
