Responsibilities:
- Supervise answering all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Advise performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
- Manage to maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Direct to track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Lead conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to identify new business opportunities for Wireline Business
- Address and resolve disputes with key customers to ensure retention of Wireline market share and increase profitability.
- Provide consultation and advice to Wireline Business customers to identify relevant solutions and position APC favorably.
- Participate in Business budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of the Sales budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
- Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for APC and mitigates financial and operational risks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Wireline operations.
- Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
